This policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal information through our website, e-o-o.com
What we collect
When you submit a form on our website (for example, to join a mailing list, make an enquiry, or contact us), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, and any message or details you enter.
How we collect it
Forms on our website are built using Squarespace. When you submit a form, your information is sent directly to a Google Sheet stored in Google Drive, within our Google Workspace account.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you, or fulfil the purpose you submitted the form for. We do not sell your information, and we do not currently use it for automated marketing or advertising.
Storage and security
Your information is stored in Google Drive within our Google Workspace account, which is protected by Google's account security and access controls. Access to this data is limited to the founders of EOO.
Third parties
Your information passes through Squarespace (to host the form) and Google (to store the submitted data) as part of this process. We don't share your information with any other third parties.
Data retention
We retain form submissions in our Google Sheet until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purpose they were collected.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us at [contact email].
Changes to this policy
As our tools and processes grow, we'll update this policy to reflect what we actually do. We recommend checking back periodically.
